How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order simply click on the item you wish to purchase. Add it to the shopping cart which is located on the right.
Payment & Shipping
Once your order has been placed and payment method is confirmed your order will be processed immediately. Orders will usually take up to 5-10 working days to be dispatched and delivered.
How do I pay my deposit on my costume?
To make the initial deposit payment please request Deposit coupon code from the costume shop (located at the bottom).
How do I make further payments on my costume?
To make further payments on your costume please request a 2nd/3rd payment code using the costume shop coupon request (Located at the bottom of the costume shop). This transaction will be carried out using PayPal, if you would like further information please contact us at burrokeetsuk2015@gmail.com and we will help you with this process.

To ensure a high level of secure payments we use paypal as a payment method.
Returns & Refunds
Once a deposit has been paid on a costume it is non refundable. We aim to prepare costume orders as soon as deposits have been confirmed. This is why it is vital to select the right options and sizes when placing your order. We do not offer refunds. Deposits will not be accepted on T-shirt packages. (Please double check sizing before checking out.)
When is the Notting Hill Carnival?
Notting hill Carnival takes place annually on the last Sunday and Monday in August.
Can I change my sizes and options?
Generally you cannot change your sizes and options once your order has been placed, why we stress that you double check your sizes and options before placing your order. Under unforeseen circumstances of your order being placed wrong please email us immediately within 24hrs to rectify the issue.(please note accurate messurements before ordering.)
Can I change section?
We do not facilitate section changing, as we produce costumes early in advance.
When do I collect my costume?
Costumes are collected approximately 2 weeks before the Notting hill carnival
When does my costume need to be paid by?
Costume payment deadlines are as follows:
- All final costume payments need to be fulfiled by 31st July 2016.
Can I help out at the Mas Camp?
Yes All Hands on Deck are welcome, we encourage all are members and new mas players to come down and meet the team BurrokeetsUK as it’s a great icebreaker if you are new to carnival which gives insight to all the work put in to carnival. It is also way to meet the team and other members, as many friendships have been built within BurrokeetsUK.
